The current frontline treatment for rhabdomyosarcoma is a multi-modal approach, comprising chemotherapy, surgical resection, and/or radiation therapy. Radiation therapy during odontogenesis can lead to delayed sequel such as hypodontia, microdontia, and dwarfed teeth with underdeveloped roots. The aim of this report is to describe delayed oral manifestations following treatment strategies in rhabdomyosarcoma and to highlight the role of pediatric dentist in rhabdomyosarcoma cases due to secondary oral and dental complications.
